New BLS data classifies 206 of 831 occupations as having "very high" relative exposure to AI — meaning a larger share of their tasks can be done or assisted by AI, not that the jobs disappear. More than 100 of those pay a median of at least $75,000 and are projected to grow through 2035. Software developers top the list. Data scientists, management analysts, and HR specialists also rank high. High exposure, the piece argues, signals augmentation more than replacement.
